Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Manage or cancel your subscription from the billing portal at any time — your access runs through the end of the period you've already paid for.
What happens if my subscription lapses?
Access pauses, but your servers and data are kept. Nothing is deleted — resubscribe and you pick up right where you left off.
Who handles payment?
Payments are processed securely by Dodo Payments. Infraa never sees your card details.
Is annual billing cheaper?
Yes — annual billing is 20% off the equivalent monthly price on every plan.
